Totelife was born in 2020, when Adam and Matt realized that one tote bag can have a big impact on the world. The idea came about when they were leaving their local grocery store and saw a farmers field full of plastic bags blowing in the wind. They realized that something needed to be done about single-use plastic bags. Please find more details on our about page.

Our products are 100 percent recycled materials made from 65% recycled cotton and 35% recycled plastic bottles.

The recycled cotton is sourced from leftover materials from the clothing industry in the United States.
